1.5.1 adds a Mods folder. If done well, Mods like ELM DY, LHHP, or Costume and Reskin mods can be added without using UTMT.

this error happens every time i try to run the game
maybe its 64-BIT
this either means your pc is running out of space or you have an bad 64-bit pc, which makes the game mistake your pc for an 32-bit one, hence the Win32 function failure

try to improve your pc's power, make space for stuff or just reset your pc, i had an problem like this once, all i had to do is just reset my pc
add meltyman,updated Bo noise even his stage,Mrstick and even the Doise also add some more Modifiers while you in the modifier in every stages
he did not make this he removed anti leak and you can play as mr stick by going in console and typing char ms
